Job Description / Responsibilities
- Ability to handle API Plant Maintenance with a team of Qualified Engineers.
- Desired profile of the candidate
- Candidate should have dynamic Engineering & Project experience
- Planning, organizing and monitoring Maint. Activities as per plant needs
- Detailing of In-house expansion (major/ongoing) as per cGMP & USFDA Guidelines
- Preparation of Annual Budget, optimization of generation cost of utility.
- To co-ordinate with the production, materials, accounts departments for maintenance of plant equipments & utilities.
- To monitor and comply statutory requirement and quality system needs.
- Should have handled New projects
- To train Staff, Operators and update their skills (cGMP, Safety, etc)
- Good hand on experience of USFDA/WHO GMP / EUGMP/EDQM audits and documentation of Plant related activities.
- Should be able to handle a team of 40+ Members
